Bookish highlights of recent trip to London and Paris! Visited Waterstones in a London downpour, and picked up this gorgeous sprayed edge copy of The Maiden, along with two other Women’s Prize nominees. Then experienced Shakespeare and Company in Paris, and a stamped copy of the classic The Little Prince.

I really enjoyed this look at a decades long attempt to get an inheritance for a child. Great characters and just the right amount of pacing and court coverage to keep me engaged throughout.
